Builders & Developers
Partner with us on new SDA projects. We bring the design specifications, compliance guidance and a pipeline of participants looking for homes. You bring the build.
How the partnership works
From first call to tenanted home, here is the path a new SDA project follows with us.
- 1
Intro call
We talk through your goals, capacity and target locations, and share where SDA demand is strongest right now.
- 2
Site and design review
We review your site and plans against the SDA Design Standard and the design categories that suit the area.
- 3
Build with support
You build while we keep you updated at every stage and make sure the design stays on track to be fully SDA compliant.
- 4
Certification and enrolment
An accredited SDA assessor certifies the dwelling, then it is enrolled with the NDIS so funding can flow.
- 5
Tenants and management
We match participants to the finished home and manage the property for the long term.
